Staff Requirements

Our staff meet and exceed State of Florida requirements to ensure client comfort, care and satisfaction. Some of these essential requirements include:
  • Florida and National FBI Criminal Background Check
    Employees must have a valid Level II Background Screen before they can be assigned to any cases. This screen must be done at a LiveScan Station. Click here to download a copy of the LiveScan Validation Form which will be needed when you go to the LiveScan Site.
  • Current License or Certificate in good standing
  • Affidavit of Good Moral Character
  • Verifiable work references
  • Employment Physical and TB test indicating employee is "free of signs and symptoms of communicable disease". Click here to download a copy of our Physical Form to take to your doctor.
  • Current CPR Card - You can renew your CPR online at CPRToday.com or at CPRClass.org
  • IV Certification for RN's and LPN's
